Pre-Order Policy

Pre-Orders will be allowed on certain products that have not yet come into stock. By placing a pre-order you will secure the products ahead of it's release.

TAKE NOTE - If you pre-order a product together with a product that is already released and available to be shipped at the time of placing your order, then your entire order will not be shipped until the last pre-order product has been released. We suggest you select the 'split-shipment' option at checkout should you wish to receive the products which are immediately available to be shipped at the time of placing your order. The pre-order products will then be shipped separately when the last pre-order product in your order has been released.  If you require a number of 'split-shipment' options then please contact us at sales@madecollectables.com.au and quote your order number. 

For all pre-orders, full payment (100%) is required at the time of placing your order to secure your product allocation.  

We do our best to have the most accurate release date on the product description however, from time-to-time our distributor may experience delays which are outside of our control. We will email effected customers should this delay be significant. 

By placing a pre-order you acknowledge that the release date is an estimate only.

We will only offer refunds on pre-order products where the release date has been extended beyond 60 days or the product is no longer available for release.
